Lorne Surf Life Saving Club Circle Home

Cadets

The Lorne Surf Life Saving Club Cadet program offers students that are too old for the nipper program (13-15 yrs), the opportunity to develop skills in first aid, communications, surf awareness, surf skills, resuscitation and leadership development all within an enjoyable environment.

The program encourages our youth to take a proactive role in the creation of a safe and sustainable beach environment, while in turn promoting a healthy image of our young surf life savers of today.

Surf lifesaving gives students the opportunity to develop physically, intellectually and socially within our educational training programs and also compete in regular surf carnivals held over the summer months. The Lorne SLSC also has an established training squad of cadets and junior competitors that train on a regular basis with our club coach.
