Registration - Members Forms
Traditionally registration for all nippers has been on Boxing Day prior to commencement of the intensive program. Our goal is to streamline the process and eventually conclude with an online system. For the 2009/2010 year we are looking to take the first step to reaching our goal where parents can begin the process online by following the steps outlined below.
Online Process
Please fill in this form for each child that is attending. Each child must be a member of Lorne Surf Life Saving Club. To join the club please go here
STEP 1:
STEP 2:
Join each child as a Lorne member. Charge $70.00. Please note that there is no extra charge for the nippers program.
STEP 3: Collect Nipper Program and kit from the registration desk on the days flagged for registration as per the syllabus.
In person at Registration
STEP 1: As above.
STEP 2: Present all forms and programs at the registration counter on the day flagged for registration.
