You will be allocated a wave based on your estimated swim time, unless you have entered one of the Same Time Swim waves
All waves will have 5 minutes to get out to the water start line from the entry ramp, and 6 minutes for the Legends and Heroes waves
The Super Fish will again be the last waves of the day to enable everyone to see the elite athletes swim
