Welcome to the Lorne Surf Life Saving Club, home to both the world's largest open water swim, the nib Lorne Pier to Pub, and the nib Lorne Mountain to Surf run.
We are one of Australia's proudest surf life saving clubs - providing voluntary patrols of the Lorne surf beach in Summer so that swimmers and surfers can enjoy the ocean and surf safely and enjoy their holidays.

Applications
for the 2010 Lorne SLSC Bronze Camp have now opened! Bronze Camp is the biggest event on our training calendar and is always a lot of fun for everyone involved.We have a jam packed camp planned with guest speakers talking about competition, the opportunities Lifesaving presents and the appearance of other emergency services. This year it will run from Saturday 11th December until Sunday 19th December and candidates must attend the whole camp.

The Lorne SLSC also has a number of scholarship opportunities available which all candidates are welcome to apply for. These scholarships are donated by local clubs and businesses; they are designed to honour past and present heroes of the Lorne SLSC.

For the 2010/11 season the club is using a new online payment system.
This system links in to surf guard and makes paying your subs a breeze.
